Bananas are one of the best fruits to eat when attempting to lose weight. They are full of nutrients for increased energy and vitality. Because Bananas have high content of potassium they are able to reduces the weight of water in a body. A banana contains three natural sugars - sucrose, fructose and glucose. These natural sugars combined with fiber in a banana give an instant, continuous and large boost of energy.
